Rs50 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the rs50 platform. By registering or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the management of the rs50 platform (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of rs50’s services, you agree fully to these terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. rs50 reserves the right to change, add, or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. Users under 18 are prohibited from registering or using any rs50 services.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed to have only one active account on rs50. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading data during registration may lead to account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rs50 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you are aware of it.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, contact rs50 support immediately via the official platform email for follow-up action.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Rs50 users must comply with all platform usage rules at all times. Key responsibilities include:
- Do not use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or actions violating Malaysian law.
- Do not share content that incites, defames, disturbs, or harms other users.
- Do not use automation software, bots, scripts, or technical methods to exploit the platform system.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, other users' accounts, or the rs50 database.
- Do not use the platform for money laundering or to conceal illegally obtained funds.
- Bet and play responsibly within your personal financial means.
- Review and comply with all promotion, bonus, and offer terms before using them.
Violations of any above rules may result in disciplinary actions including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and freezing of account funds pending further investigation.
- Having more than one active account
- Sharing accounts with others
- Using payment methods not registered under your own name
- Manipulating game outcomes by technical means
- Systematically abusing promotions or bonuses
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All deposits on rs50 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, and other local payment options listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to system limits and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Funds deposited for promotions or bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified in the relevant promotional terms. rs50 reserves the right to reject or cancel any transactions suspected of fraud or violating the terms of use.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your rs50 account. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes set by the platform, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and required verification.
Rs50 reserves the right to request identification documents before approving any withdrawal requests. Withdrawals involving bonus funds require meeting rollover conditions first. Accounts with suspected fraudulent activity may have withdrawal restrictions temporarily applied while under investigation.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Rs50 is not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or damage resulting from platform use, technical issues, internet connection failures, or events beyond the platform’s control. The platform is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees of uninterrupted or continuous availability.
Rs50 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found violating these terms, involved in fraud, or for platform security reasons. In account closures due to term violations, rs50 may withhold or cancel bonus funds with unmet rollover requirements. Valid remaining balances will be returned after investigation.
All content on the rs50 platform including design, logos, text, graphics, software, and code are the exclusive property of rs50 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from rs50 management.
